Heart without a home

Home made pasta ^^

Don’t you get headache every time when is time for lunch or dinner? What to eat or cook? Should we eat out or cook home? Some times I will get too bored with the food outside but I am too lazy to cook at home, cause I need to do all including the dishes.

However, if only I can cook 1 simple dish that everyone can enjoy, it worth the effort. Pasta one of my favourite dish, it is simple to make, delicious, and everyone can enjoy it. Best thing about pasta is, you just need to deal with the sauce, cause when the sauce is good, everything will be great. Below is the recipe given by my talented friend:

Ingredients:

1 pack of 1 KG pasta, 2 table-spoon of butter, fine slices of garlic and onion, ham, mushroom, bacon bits, 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1 can cream of mushroom, sliced cheese, salt, crushed pepper, and McCormick ( Italian Seasoning)

How to cook:

Boil pasta separately, add some salt into the water.

For the sauce:

1. Add 2 table-spoon of butter into the frying pan while the pan is almost hot.
2. Put in fine slices of garlic and follow by onion once the butter melt.
3. Mix and wait untill it smells good.
4. Put sliced ham, follow by mushroom, and bacon bits.
5. Mix and cover for a while untill it cook (if you feel it is too dry, you could put 1 more table-spoon of butter into the pan)
6. Pour in 2 cans of evaporated milk
7. Pour in 1 can cream of mushroom
8. Cover and let it shimmer
9. Wait untill it all blended
10. Once in a while mix and stir
11. Finally add in cheese, salt, crushed pepper, and small red bottle of McCormick – Italian Seasoning
12. Cover for a while and give it a taste to see if everything is good

coffee, one of the most popular beverages

This brewed drink, prepared from roasted seeds,  has played an important role in many societies throughout history. Due to its caffeine content, coffee can have a simulating effect for it’s lovers. Scientific findings have been contradictory on whether it’s consumption has any health benefits. However, coffee is widely known as popular beverages that used to restore appetite and energy. In some Muslim country, coffee was even used in religious ceremonies.

Nowadays, coffee are presented in various different way and style. For instance, one of my favourite is beautiful caffe latte. Latte art are created when some of beautiful patterns are form when coffee maker adding steam milk into a shot of espresso.  It is particularly difficult to create consistently, due to the demanding conditions required of both the espresso shot and milk.

So…. , coffee anyone?

I first heard this song from “Red Treat” Singapore drama that air some times ago. I just fall with every lyrics of the song, it is just so beautiful. But, I couldn’t find it anywhere on the web, I thought it will just vanish unknown. Then, recently I heard it again sung by Singapore idol contestant (~ of course the original one is much better)  ^^ Thank God~  From there I found out the song name as well as Jack & Rai, the original singer (^^ so happy)
