Black Pepper Beef
Since I have a long holiday back in my hometown. I took this chance to learn how to cook well from my lovely mother. I did this black pepper beef before but I forgot all of them already (I have a bad memory store). So, here we go
Ingredients:
- Black Pepper Sauce
- Beef Fillet/Tenderloin
- Bell Pepper cop into dice
- Oyster Sauce
- Tapioca Flour
- Little bit of Alcohol
- Pepper
How to cook:
Make the beef meat tender by pouring a little bit of alcohol, oyster sauce, pepper, and cover them with tapioca flour.
Put margarine into frying pan, once it melt, put the bell pepper, and wait a little until the pepper soft. Then put the beef and mix. Wait a little and pour the black pepper sauce inside. Once the dish looks good we can serve ^^
Home made pasta ^^
Don’t you get headache every time when is time for lunch or dinner? What to eat or cook? Should we eat out or cook home? Some times I will get too bored with the food outside but I am too lazy to cook at home, cause I need to do all including the dishes.
However, if only I can cook 1 simple dish that everyone can enjoy, it worth the effort. Pasta one of my favourite dish, it is simple to make, delicious, and everyone can enjoy it. Best thing about pasta is, you just need to deal with the sauce, cause when the sauce is good, everything will be great. Below is the recipe given by my talented friend:
Ingredients:
1 pack of 1 KG pasta, 2 table-spoon of butter, fine slices of garlic and onion, ham, mushroom, bacon bits, 2 cans of evaporated milk, 1 can cream of mushroom, sliced cheese, salt, crushed pepper, and McCormick ( Italian Seasoning)
How to cook:
Boil pasta separately, add some salt into the water.
For the sauce:
- Add 2 table-spoon of butter into the frying pan while the pan is almost hot.
- Put in fine slices of garlic and follow by onion once the butter melt.
- Mix and wait untill it smells good.
- Put sliced ham, follow by mushroom, and bacon bits.
- Mix and cover for a while untill it cook (if you feel it is too dry, you could put 1 more table-spoon of butter into the pan)
- Pour in 2 cans of evaporated milk
- Pour in 1 can cream of mushroom
- Cover and let it shimmer
- Wait untill it all blended
- Once in a while mix and stir
- Finally add in cheese, salt, crushed pepper, and small red bottle of McCormick – Italian Seasoning
- Cover for a while and give it a taste to see if everything is good
~ Served <3
Remember: when you cook with love, the food will taste better, and the person who share the food with, will feel your love too ^^ Happy cooking!
Fried Ice Cream
Have you tried this dessert before? If you haven’t, you should try one.

Fried ice cream comes with Mexican and Asian variants. Is made by taking a scoop of frozen ice cream below the temperature, coating it in raw egg, rolling it in cornflakes or cookie crumbs, and deep frying it. It may be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or cream and honey. Cool right?
Even though fried ice cream is coated in raw egg, the egg remains uncooked.
Below are the recipe I found at cook.com:
1 pt. chocolate ice cream (or any ice cream flavored you desire)
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sweetened corn flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Cooking oil for deep-fat frying
Whipped cream (optional)
Mint sprigs (optional)
Place 4 scoops (about 1/2 cup each) of ice cream in a small pan. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. In a small mixing bowl, stir together egg and vanilla. In a pie plate, carefully stir together cereal and cinnamon. Dip each frozen ice cream ball in the egg mixture, then roll it in cereal mixture. Return coated ice cream balls to pan and freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Reserve remaining cereal mixture.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together egg and vanilla. Remove coated ice cream balls from the freezer. Dip balls in egg mixture, then roll them in remaining cereal mixture. Return to pan. Cover and freeze for several hours or until firm.
In a deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, fry frozen, coated ice cream balls, 1 or 2 at a time in deep hot oil (375 degrees) for 15 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Return the fried ice cream balls to the freezer while frying the remaining balls. Serve immediately with whipped cream and garnish with mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
Warnings: If the egg is not carefully prepared or stored beforehand, the dish may cause salmonella food poisoning.
Simple Breakfast
Is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it is also most often neglacted, forgotten, or skipped. Skipping breakfast not only resulted body to more tired, restless or irritable in the morning, but you will also get fatter cause it help to curb your hunger and you will find yourself eating more later in the day.
Here, I want to shared some simple breakfast with just a plain white bread that you could made when you rush yourself in the morning:
Pizza
1. Grab a normal plain white bread
2. Spread a tomato sauce on it
3. Put some sausage, paper and sugar if you like
4. Put some cheese on top of all
5. Bake until the cheese melt. Then you are ready to serve! Usually my normal preference, I will serve it with chilli sauce and orange juice.
*Other receipe you could try is to fried with little oil your plain white bread that has been deep into a bowl of (an egg + pinch of salt+ pinch of paper).
Remember: A proper breakfast, makes all the difference to the energy and concentration levels.

My boss said that cooking is an art. To create delicious food, the chef not only need the skills, but he/she must put his/her heart into the creation (in this term is the food).
Since I live alone, I have always miss my mom cooking and the days when she pack up a lunch box for me during my school years. I found that, lunch box is not only economical, perfect solution for controlling portion sizes and creating a healthier lifestyle, but making a lunch box for a person also represent how much you love that person in the way. I imagine it will be great if I could pack up a lunch box for my boyfriend, or my husband, or even my kids.
Japanese invent a bento lunch boxes meal which can be created at home with creative touches that give a twist on the food and put a smiles on the person who eat it. Have fun in creating some cute, and yummy dishes with rice, meat, fish, egg, vegetable, salads, fruit or faux sushi. Traditional Japanese bentos have a 4:3:2:1 ratio of four ingredients: 4 parts rice, 3 parts meat, 2 parts vegetables, and 1 part dessert.
